Improv for Anxiety & Trauma:
Therapist Tools & Techniques (2 CE’s)

Workshop & CE’s hosted by: Thriving Vines Counseling & Consulting
Presented by: Bella Barajas, LMHC

This upcoming in-person workshop (2 CEs) explores the therapeutic power of improv for anxiety and trauma recovery. It provides creative, practical techniques that can be integrated into any therapeutic approach. In this interactive, trauma-informed workshop, you’ll learn how to use improv games, activities, and interventions to help clients engage with their emotional challenges and nervous system responses in a safe, supportive, and empowering way.

No performance or improv experience required! This workshop focuses on how to use improv to build emotional resilience, increase comfort with uncertainty, and foster trust in the therapeutic process—regardless of your primary therapeutic method. You’ll leave with a toolkit of versatile exercises you can immediately apply in your one-on-one or group sessions to support your clients’ healing and growth.

Join us for this exciting (2 CE) opportunity to expand your therapeutic skills and discover how play can be a powerful ally in anxiety and trauma recovery!
Fee: $50 per person.
