I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I offer individual and group therapy for adults and teens, helping you look inward for approval and validation rather than seeking it externally. My approach is rooted in the mind-body connection; I’m trained in IFS, EMDR, and somatic practices. Through our work together, you'll learn to listen to your body's wisdom, begin releasing stored trauma, and build a stronger sense of self trust.

She’s a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & National Certified Counselor with a passion for helping facilitate growth, evolution, and self-healing in others. Bella’ s mission is best described by the ripple effect - if we heal ourselves, we can influence others to heal - sometimes even unintentionally.
