Do you feel stuck in fight, flight, or freeze, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge?
These are signs of a dysregulated nervous system, often shaped by stress, trauma, or long-term anxiety. The good news? Your nervous system can heal. By learning how to regulate your body’s responses, you can shift from survival mode into a state of safety, connection, and ease.

What is Nervous System Healing?

• The nervous system (ANS – autonomic nervous system) affects emotions, stress, and trauma responses.

• Polyvagal Theory: focuses on safety, connection, and nervous system flexibility.

Signs of a Dysregulated Nervous System:

• Chronic stress & anxiety

• Feeling “stuck” in overthinking, perfectionism, or people-pleasing

• Panic attacks or frequent overwhelm

• Always exhausted, even after rest

• Difficulty relaxing or feeling present

• Digestive issues, tension, chronic pain

How Healing Works:

• The nervous system can rewire and heal (neuroplasticity).

• Healing involves learning to shift between nervous system states (fight/flight, freeze, and safety).

• Regulation = more ease, safety, connection, and self-trust.

My Approach to Nervous System Healing

• I use somatic therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and trauma-informed techniques to help clients heal.

• My approach is gentle, body-based, and science-backed—going beyond traditional talk therapy.

• Clients learn practical tools to regulate their nervous system in real time.

I take a somatic, trauma-informed approach to nervous system healing. Instead of just talking about emotions, we work with the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. Using Polyvagal Theory, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, I help you rewire patterns of stress so you can feel safe and connected again.

• Before: Constant anxiety → After: Feeling calm & confident

• Before: Overwhelmed & shut down → After: More energy & emotional balance

• Before: Always in fight-or-flight → After: Able to feel safe and present
