Here, our therapy methods are hands-on, immersive, and allow you to connect with yourself in different ways than you might imagine when you think of traditional talk therapy.

In experiential therapy, we’ll engage in physical, emotional, and sensory experiences to promote healing and growth. Rather than simply talking about your problems, we’ll create moments where you actively engage in activities and exercises. Those moments help you explore your past experiences, renegotiate experiences of pain and trauma, and work through your emotions.
